Locals Long Table May 30: Locals x Beaufort

The Locals Long Table is back with a local pairing! 

On May 30th, we're teaming up with our friends from Beaufort Wines to bring you a seasonal, five course menu thoughtfully curated to pair with the flavour notes of five Beaufort wines—including one wine that has yet to hit the shelves! You heard us correctly! Rather than having our wines selected to accompany our dishes, we are flipping the tables and designing our dishes around the signature flavours of the selected vintages.  Guests of this event will have an exclusive sneak-peak opportunity to sip a freshly bottled vintage, before the general public and retailers have access.   

As always, we're serving up the freshest fare from our region's food producers. The mission of this second edition of the Long Table Series is for each member of our talented culinary team to take the lead on a course. Under Chef Jonathan Frazier's direction, each course will be a product of a different talented member of the Local's kitchen staff, and will reflect their point of view, culinary inspiration and background, unique to them.

Start the evening in our intimate upper dining room with a cocktail reception where you'll enjoy a sampling of sparkling wine while you settle in for an adventure in flavour.

The evening continues with a five course dinner introduced by Chef Jonathan Frazier, with wine pairings introduced by Beaufort winemaker Freya Timmermans.

Please note: this "all-in" ticket includes a five course dinner, wine pairings, gratuity, taxes and service fees.
