The Locals Long Table is back with a local pairing!

On May 30th, we're teaming up with our friends from to bring you a seasonal, five course menu thoughtfully curated to pair with the flavour notes of five Beaufort wines—including one wine that has yet to hit the shelves! You heard us correctly! Rather than having our wines selected to accompany our dishes, we are flipping the tables and designing our dishes around the signature flavours of the selected vintages.
